Golborne Update - March 2017

We are pleased to announce the completion of the Golborne Residential Care Facility acquisition supporting My Space Housing Solutions providing community based care accommodation for 16 to 18 year olds.

The Poplars were secured based around a high demand for safe and secure accommodation in the best possible setting available within the Golborne area of Wigan. Golborne is a small semi-rural area of Wigan but on a great network for travel to social capitals like Wigan, Warrington and St Helens.

At this time My Space Housing Solutions and Next Stage Care Provider have some 12 vulnerable adults waiting to be housed and supported within the Golborne area, the set of 6 apartments that have now been secured can house some of the waiting list and begin to provide immediate support.
