Beneficiaries will be aware that a key milestone in the process of recovering funds and liquidating the assets is the conclusion of the court case being pursued in the UAE by Best Asset Management.

By way of brief update, our understanding is that while the Covid-19 crisis delayed hearings into the period covered by Ramadan, the case will be heard by the mid-June.
