The Resort Group (TRG) Update - August 2017

We are pleased to provide you with an update on The Resort Group’s (TRG) latest project development activity on the island of Cape Verde.

Since our last update, we are delighted to report that construction works on the White Sands Hotel & Spa are advancing well and really beginning to take shape.

The White Sands Hotel & Spa will be the first of six new beach front developments on Boa Vista, situated on the white sands of Santa Monica Beach, consisting of 835 luxurious properties including duplex and penthouse hotel suites, along with a range of private villas.

The resort will be split into family and adult areas to ensure that all guests enjoy the highest quality of service, tailored to their individual needs.

Operated by the world’s largest resort hotelier, Meliá Hotels International, under their prestigious 5-star Meliá brand, the resort will offer guests total luxury.

Construction works are expected to complete during 2018. The intention is for the resort to be fully operational and open to the public at the beginning of 2019.
